About Me, Michael Smalls

I’m a certified trainer with 30 years of experience, a former US military officer, US TaekwonDo National team Member and Executive Security Specialist. At 17 I began teaching martial arts classes as a red belt in TaekwonDo, then as an Army officer training hundreds in physical fitness of soldiers for 15 years on Active and Reserve duty. The last 30 years of helping men, women and children transform their minds and bodies taught me it’s not what I want, it’s about what you want for yourself. I focus on results and accountability.
